What we need?

We’re seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across digital, social, PR, and influencer programs. You’ll build brand awareness, drive acquisition and retention, and scale Mvintage’s community-driven storytelling.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with product launches and business goals.
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google to hit ROAS targets.
• Own the email marketing strategy and CRM campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Lead social media strategy, content calendars, and community growth in collaboration with content creators and ambassadors.
• Manage influencer and ambassador PR packs and long-term partnerships, while measuring their impact and ROI.
• Lead brand storytelling, product launch campaigns, and creative briefs with the design and photography teams.
• Analyse performance and report on KPIs including traffic, conversions, and retention, while recommending optimisations.
• Manage the marketing budget and maintain strong relationships with external collaborators and agencies.
• Mentor and coordinate with cross-functional teams including retail, product, operations, and customer service.

What are the requirements?

• 3–6+ years of experience in consumer branding or marketing, preferably within e-commerce or fashion.
• Demonstrated success with paid social, email CRM, and content-driven growth strategies.
• Strong data literacy and confidence using analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, creative direction, and project management skills.
• Experience managing influencer or ambassador programmes, or PR pack campaigns.
• A genuine passion for women’s empowerment and brand storytelling.

What preferred skills are we looking for?

• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, and creative production.
• Prior experience scaling small teams or managing external agencies.
