Mine was not an actual purchase but a replacement due to the closure bar breaking off. I was gifted this bracelet quite a number of years ago and since I loved the simple design so much, took it to the Naxxar shop to ask whether it could be repaired. The lady at the counter offered to fix it there and then but in the end could not do it since the replacement part was not available so I left it with her. I received a phone call a couple of days later and was told that since the bracelet was older than the current model, the replacement bar could not be attached to my bracelet and I was offered a new bracelet. Besides the very professional manner of the salesperson I was very pleased that the company gave me a replacement without any arguments and would recommend their jewelry and more importantly their service any time. It depends on where you are. If you're in Malta, we offer Next Day Delivery. For Gozo orders take up to 2 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-7 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
