Our Dreamcatcher is a meaningful tribute to Native American tribes who believed that the night air is filled with good dreams and bad ones. When hung above the bed, in a place where the morning sunlight hits, the dreamcatcher is said to catch all sorts of dreams but will only let the good dreams pass through.
The launch of our new Dreamcatcher is inspired by passion and dreams. We envision our Dreamcatcher to be a personal reminder to every woman, and yourself, to keep dreaming. Krystle Penza, Mvintage Founder and Designer, claims that ‘Mvintage started as a pipe dream. My daughter’s birth spurred me to set an example for her; that nothing should stop you from achieving your dreams and from reaching your potential, no matter how big that dream is. I wanted to base the brand around honouring the women in my life, and this in turn, transformed into a community dedicated to celebrating and empowering women through the powerful means of jewellery’.
‘All this was the inspiration behind our Dream Catcher pendant’, continues Krystle. ‘2020 was not an easy year for anyone and some might be discouraged to set any more dreams for the new year. But this should not stop us from dreaming’.
