1. You may return Products purchased from the Mvintage website for a refund within 15 days from when you receive them as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are received. This does not apply to earrings (due to hygiene purposes), to jewellery made to the customer’s personal specifications (including engraved products) as well as to items on sale or clearance. Such Products may not be returned.
2. You may return Products purchased from Mvintage website to exchange them with another Product within 30 days from when you receive them as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are received. This does not apply to earrings (due to hygiene purposes), to jewellery made to the customer’s personal specifications (including engraved products) as well as to items on sale or clearance. Such Products may not be returned. 
3. Unless the Products are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning Products. We recommend that you use the registered mail service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If the Products are faulty the postage costs will be refunded.
4. Without prejudice to the above, customers wishing to return any products, must send an email to support@mvintage.com.
5. Refunds are conducted on the same credit card or through the same payment method used in the initial payment, where possible.
6. All orders are packaged in a beautiful Mvintage box, except for single pendants which are packed in a special Mvintage pouch. It is not standard to send shopper bags with orders. Items on sale are dispatched in an Mvintage pouch. You may purchase additional medium gift boxes or small gift boxes.
7. Prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any other taxes which may be applicable. Depending on the geographical location tag of your IP address prices shown may be exclusive of VAT.
